How can I track the status of my order?

Most imported packages are labeled by FedEx, which makes trips to Brazil every day. Each patient who has purchased the treatment receives an automatically generated tracking code when the product is ready for shipping. You can track the status of the product through the link we send in the email along with the confirmation and tracking code.

For medicinal use only. Cannabis is regulated by Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency), through two RDCs (Collegiate Board Resolutions): RDC 327, which establishes requirements for the marketing, prescription, dispensing, monitoring and inspection of Cannabis products for medicinal purposes; and RDC 660, which deals specifically with imports.

The quantity of products to be purchased depends on the treatment indicated for your case. There is no need to buy all the products at once. This should be discussed with your doctor.

For travel abroad, the legislation in force in the destination country applies. In national territory, the patient must bring with them the prescription corresponding to the products in their possession, as well as the import authorization from Anvisa, in the case of imported products.

Our delivery time for the medicine is 30 to 40 calendar days in case of import. You can track your order using the tracking code.

For products authorized for sale in Brazil, delivery is made directly to the address provided. In the case of imported products, there is an interactive stage, in which the product undergoes an investigation by Anvisa upon arrival in Brazil, before being delivered to your home (there are no additional costs).

The medical prescription is valid for 6 (six) months and, at the end of this period, it must be evaluated again by your prescribing physician.
